INTRODUCTION
These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the www.wagnercosmetics.com website and forms a contract between you and Doris Wagner Cosmetics GmbH, Austrian company registration number FN 435563i, Palais Breuner, Singerstrasse 16, 1010 Vienna, Austria (hereinafter “Doris Wagner Cosmetics”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.
CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
PAYMENT
You can choose to pay with different payment methods. PayPal handles your PayPal transactions. STRIPE handles your credit card transactions. SOFORT handles your bank transfers. Doris Wagner Cosmetics does not handle any credit card numbers or bank account numbers.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Pay with your Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by STRIPE with secure encryption. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Doris Wagner Cosmetics may automatically cancel your order.
RATES
All prices on our homepage are shown including Austrian VAT which is 20% of the price.
When you order from a country within the EU, you pay the price including VAT and no other fees are added. When you order from a country outside of the EU Austrian VAT is levied. Additionally you pay customs duty in your homeland but have a right to do a tax refund.
ORDERING
Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of Doris Wagner Cosmetics suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. Doris Wagner Cosmetics holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel Doris Wagner Cosmetics to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Private Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Doris Wagner Cosmetics in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. If an item is damaged during transport, Doris Wagner Cosmetics should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation.
WARRANTY
To guarantee product quality we recommend to store your cosmetics in moderate temperature, no direct sun light and medium humidity.
The optimum storage specifications are 4-25 °C and 30-50% humidity. Temperatures below 4°C, especially below 0°C, and above 30°C may lead to changes in product appearance and texture.
Our products have a shelf life of 30 months after production depending on production date according to batch number. They can be securely used for a minimum (!) of 6 months from time of opening.

This warranty shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
When shopping with Doris Wagner Cosmetics we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. Doris Wagner Cosmetics treats all personal information confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. Doris Wagner Cosmetics may also use cookies, for example in order to improve your experience of the website and will be notified separatly by a pop-up message.
PRODUCT
Doris Wagner Cosmetics has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
Doris Wagner Cosmetics ships worldwide (with the exemption of war-struck and conflict regions as well as very distant oversea islands). Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Doris Wagner Cosmetics’s customer service within 14 days from receiving the goods.
In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Doris Wagner Cosmetics either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued Doris Wagner Cosmetics has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Doris Wagner Cosmetics will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
COMPLAINTS TERMS
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Doris Wagner Cosmetics should be treated as if they were faultless. Doris Wagner Cosmetics has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
LIABILITY
Doris Wagner Cosmetics responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Doris Wagner Cosmetics bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
FORCE MAJEURE
Doris Wagner Cosmetics shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Doris Wagner Cosmetics or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our written permission.
Our website may include content generated by users for example from social media apps. Doris Wagner Cosmetics does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for example suspects a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain in Doris Wagner Cosmetics' property until full payment is made.
FRAUD
All attempts at fraud are reported to the police and Doris Wagner Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and your use of the www.wagnercosmetics.com website are governed by Austrian law. To the extent permitted by law, Austrian courts (i.e. the courts of 1010 Vienna) shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Doris Wagner Cosmetic’s right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
TERMINATION
Doris Wagner Cosmetics reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the www.wagnercosmetics.com website at its sole discretion. For example if Doris Wagner Cosmetics suspects that you have breached this terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.
AMENDMENTS
Doris Wagner Cosmetics may revise these terms of use from time to time.
Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Doris Wagner Cosmetics.
