Facial Masks: What You Should Know

Unfortunately, stress and negative influences are often part of our everyday lives - whether it's decisions that need to be made on a daily basis or long, exhausting working days that rob us of our energy. Of course our skin suffers as well. From time to time the skin also needs a soothing treatment to be optimally supplied with nutrients and to prevent premature ageing of the skin.

In addition to the NAVI series by Doris Wagner Cosmetics, certain face masks are also perfect as a perfect support for stressful everyday life. Why they are good for the skin and how to use them properly we explain it now.

It Depends on the Ingredients!

Depending on which skin type you have, you should resort to different face masks. For example, the greasy skin type also tends to increased sebum production - but with the right mask can be counteracted. Attention should be paid to ingredients such as zinc, which regulates sebum production. For stressed skin, honey or cucumber are helpful substances that also clarify the complexion.

Make it Easy and Fast

If you find it annoying to always read the fine print on the back of the pack, you can easily mix your own mask that suits your needs. Here we have chosen a recipe that pre-buttons impure skin while giving it new vitality.

Plus, it's made up of products that you definitely have at home:

  •     3 tablespoons of crushed oatmeal
  •     2 tablespoons natural non-flavoured yoghurt
  •     1 tablespoon lemon juice

Simply stir everything in a bowl, apply and let it work. Rinse after 10 minutes.

Our Tip: You can also use curd instead of yoghurt - both contain lactic acid, which has a regulating and regenerating effect on the skin.
